Important Shipping Update: Canada Post Strike
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are now using a reliable courier service to ensure timely delivery of your Lil Tracker GPS tracker orders.
Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Shipping Location: All orders are shipped from our facilities in Southwestern Quebec.
- Fast Processing: Orders for kids' GPS watches, GPS tracker pendants, and other Lil Tracker products are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Information: Each product’s shipping date is clearly indicated before checkout (see example below).
- Courier Shipping: We’re currently using a trusted courier instead of Canada Post to deliver all orders efficiently.
- Delivery Options: Depending on the product(s) you order, there are one or two shipping options available, each with an estimated transit time. These times are calculated from the shipping date.
- Order Tracking: For shipments with tracking, you can easily monitor your package on the courier’s tracking page.
